This is my second time staying at the staybridge suites and it has remained true to its roots of being a good business hotel. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The beds and linen is top notch which makes for some sound sleep! The pool is very nice and the gym is decent. The check in and check out was a breeze. All in all a fit for purpose business hotel!

awesome is the only word .this is place is made for luxury at very good price .excellent place if you are travelling for work with family as lot of fun near by for kids .you can do leisure and work at the same time .I communicated with many staff members but didn't find any staff member from management to labor who is not supportive and dedicated to their roles .This hotel is part of IHG group of hotels that is why I selected it . All IHG hotels are great ,they are customer service oriented and shall go in any way to provide best services round the clock to their guests. unfortunately I didn't get to know all names but Mr Abdul &Jessica at front desk ,Mr Faisal and Singh maintenance team ,Mr Obaid Ullah bell boy and Amin, security staff especially the lady from Multan was so kind and all of them supported us whenever needed .property is same as advertised -I stayed in 1 bedroom suite with kids .living room sofa bed easily accommodated 2 kids ,kitchen with all the accessories as home .cleanliness is regular ,laundry room at 3rd floor is equipped with latest machinery -breakfast have many options and have everything to suite multiple nationalities-new infrastructure-free coffee machine's round the clock -Dubai parks and resorts very near -yas island theme parks 40 min drive-dubai 30 min drive-\ peaceful neighbor hood .ideal place to live near Dubai instead of living in crowd of dubai-expo2020 is next door -free transportation schedule from hotel-in short 99.9 percent as advertised .i stayed in this property for 7 nights if any future visitors have query - contact me on booking.com

Location is a bit out of the way, but there is a shuttle bus four times a day to various locations. I chose this location as my daughter and her family live in Dubai South. The staff are very helpful. Housekeeping is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast area is huge and the variety of food to choose from is immense. Swimming pool was quiet on weekdays. The rooms are big, clean and quiet.

These two individuals truly went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and requests. Aida's proactive approach to search our first room that is aligned to our needs showcased her dedication to guest comfort and preferences. Likewise, April's attentive assistance in swiftly arranging a new room (second room) closer to the lift showed her commitment to ensuring a seamless experience, especially with our luggage. I appreciate the patience of the staffs and their services with a smile. I like the overflowing toiletries in the room so I don't need to ask for additional as we all have long hair. The big window in our living room is quite nice. There was a sandstorm for an hour at that time and kids witnessed it clearly in awe. I love the overflowing coffee and chocolate drinks in their restaurant and the pool depth is just right to everyone of all ages. My kids enjoyed.

Neat and spacious room with a fully loaded kitchen. Ample parking space in the basement. The break fast was in the next building Holiday inn and it had a lot of options to choose from. The check in took a lot of time as the staff couldn't figure out the booking and she needs to call the back office several time to confirm the booking which made us waiting in the lobby for a bit long time that is not at all very common.

We absolutely loved everything about the hotel: the facilities, the staff, the cleanliness, the breakfast. The pool was very pleasant and there was a lifeguard present during the opening hours. The staff was all extremely helpful and very polite, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Breakfast had a good variety, catering to different cultures and considering dietary restrictions as well. The apartment itself was big, clean and well furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen did not have all the ustensiles you may need, but it was decently equipped. We didn't have a washing machine in the apartment (as opposed to a different hotel from the same chain that I visited in Dubai earlier in the year), but there was a self-serve laundry facility in the hotel. Internet speed was good as well. We knew the location was very far away from Dubai city center. The free shuttle bus would leave 4 times a day (8 AM, 10 AM, 12 PM and 2 PM). I recommend you book one day before, we had one day when too many people showed up and there was not enough room on the bus, so those without a booking could not ride. We never grabbed the free shuttle back to the hotel though. We used to take it to the first stop, where we grabbed the metro at Dubai Investments Park. Unlimited 7 day metro card was great value for money.

Very good value for money Big thanks to Mr.Hassan from the front desk. Awesome guy, very professional. Very good breakfast specially the omelette station ( Lebanese chef is doing the best omelette in town! ) Beds very comfortable Kitchen has everything so it’s Perfect for a long stay with family
